Title: connecting to ITV PLayer issues

The last couple of weeks we have been having problems logging into the ITV player. We can get C4 and the BBC OK but sometimes we need to reboot the laptop 3 or 4 times before it will let us in. When it does it plays fine.

Anyone else having this problem and any suggestions for fixing it?
