we are having issues lately with accessing the ITV and C4 players. We can access the sites if we log on with IE but if we go through VPN (which we have to do to watch these shows from Canada) it doesn`t let us access the website - but BBC is no problem.
Can`t seem to get an answer from anyone? Anyone reading this have a suggestion before we drop VPN and try another service? Waste of money if they don't provide a help setup!
