VPN Client Setup Support / OpenVPN client for Windows 8

The Problems I experienced with windows 8 was the Modem could not be installed as windows 8 has .net Framework 4.0 and when you try and turn on earlier versions of .net framework it gives an error.
Unfortunately I have not found a fix so you might need to do more research.
