What annoys me is that PD proxy is so worried about Liberty reserve they have sent msg out on FB tweeter and on this forum but we the client still wait for answers and soloutions to our peoblems but pd proxy will just ignore us... Wake up we pay for u to be there so don't annoy us.... There are other VPN there's nothing special about ur company and if u ignore us u won't have a company... So wake up...what is the story wityh the TCP servers

If we do not receive help of some sort, I am gonna assassinate every Mobile Network in this Country(Literally!) and where is our Pd-Proxy technicians in all of this?

As we've already said from the other thread, there is a bug on the TCP protocol right now there is no workaround to that since we are still fixing the problem. We need to redesign and then code the whole TCP connection function from scratch again. Just pause your account for now until we release an updated version.

Besides we actually do not recommend TCP (http://sites.inka.de/bigred/devel/tcp-tcp.html)

ok so we must just wait?we r stil waiting almost 2months for a udp connection.so another 2 months 4 you to code a tcp connection.you are loosing customers bra!!!! kak service

Poes company this boss, they quick to take your money but not quick on fixing clients problems.. Its as simple as telling us it works or it doesn't??? Wake up PDproxy people are seeing our anger and I'm sure they will pass the msg on that PD-Proxy is crap and money hungry... If I pay for a account I expect a support service included.. Not 7 days of waiting upon nothing...

If you do not recommend TCP what protocol we should use if ours ISP have closed the UDP ports and the TCP ports are the only way we can use to connect

Yeah 8ta started working when telkom adsl went down on friday worked for 2 days ended on sunday @ 3. I @least did 40gigs so it was ok. Now yeah it connects but sends no data. Port is being monitored. Tcp and udp
Title: Re: PD Proxy Disconnect
Post by: aubreyn64 on June 11, 2013, 10:34:21 AM
so that means that if the networks go down for some time, connect holes are available or is it just Telkom with its 8ta Network?
Title: Re: PD Proxy Disconnect
Post by: Joecoca98 on June 11, 2013, 10:55:02 AM
Na I think 8ta uses telkoms adsl and fiber infrastructure with there mobile network so when the adsl went down it opened  all ports on the server but I don't think that happens with any other mobile network in S.A.

Y-F is the only tunneling software that works in S.A but only works on dns u will get a max speed of 200-240 kbps but it disconnects a lot. Download openvpn and install it and run Y-F and u don't need to use socket settings. Also I got the total account which is 250 odd rands and is not worth is buy any other option cause u will not get 4mbps or higher cause dns only goes so far with S.A networks. Voda come 8ta and mtn work but 8ta seems the most stable. When running a search of Y-F only choose dns untick the rest before search. If u are u gonna use a free account u wasting ur time.6 kbps max... Also use post 443 and not 53 it seems alittle more stable, and stick to euro servers 27 is good for us 15 and 07

Thanks for the Heads Up, Y-F is a useless piece of work maybe that is why Networks do not even bother stopping its access....

is ICMP blocked on your ISPs too?

if you're able to ping servers on the internet that means icmp packets are allowed and you can use icmp tunneling on pdproxy instead of tcp or udp if it's blocked.

actually tcp is slower than udp and icmp (at least here where i live which is not africa). i get full-speed on icmp here and the connection is stable all the time no matter what isp/tech i use (adsl/wireless/wimax/edge/3g).

Clearly u don't grasp the understanding or knowledge of what a vpn is. If u don't have open ports u don't have a connection. Are u gonna connects thru the stars or maybe a anal passage.. Growup dumb ****. This whole program and every other vpn are based on connecting thru ports. Guys don't waste your money on a dumb **** who tells us that ports are not needed to connect.lol omfw u are dumb... Udp imcp tcp are all servers options that need port numbers and ports.lolololol.. U just making yourself as bigger poes then what we all already think u are.

since pd proxy is down in S.A i have been looking for a new way to get cheap internet and checking now and then for any on pd proxy for good news. if they cant fix the problem, what the hell spend your money somewhere else where you can get a cheap connection, like your-freedom. it works so so ok, but its a bit slow, better slow than nothing at all.
