Hello everyone,,
I had NordVPN working for the past 6 months and all was well. One day it stopped working. I contacted them by online chat which is the only way to contact them and after 12 accumulative hours and 6 different technicians..., 5 hours just today (and three different technicians) and they are no closer to getting me connected requested an advanced technician to contact me but they only communicate through email! So after wasting that 12 hours, my doing what looks like a programmers job and they're not succeeding yet they want to slow down the process even more by responding with email! Is this a joke? how pompous can you be? That will take weeks! Such blatent abuse of power. Nord VPN technical assistance is the worst I've ever dealt with. Good luck to you boys. aud to usd
