Is there a way to use a VPN on your PC for all of your applications but blacklist certain ones. Weather theres some software that does this or a VPN provider that offers such a feature.

I am currently using NordVPN and I want all my internet traffic to be encrypted but I don't want my Steam application to be going through the VPN.
