VPN Discussion / Using PIA VPN and uTorrent and still getting copyright notice from ISP??

I'm using Private internet access and uTorrent and still got a copyright notice? how is that possible?
When I looked into the notice from comcast, the infringing IP address is not
mine yet it is linked to my name and account? How is this possible? Am I
doing something wrong? Please advice
I have kill switch, DNS leak and IPv6 leak protection all enabled.
