Title: Dedicated IP VPN

From the thousands of VPN in industry, it's really difficult to ensure that which VPN provider not blocked and offering best static IP(s).

I`ve seen many dedicated ip vpn (http://www.bestvpnprovider.com/3-best-dedicated-ip-vpn/) review sites recommend Purevpn, HMA, Astrill etc. Do you guys have any personal experience with anyone of them?

I used to have Expressvpn but then started having connection time out and bandwidth issues. I have now switched to Purevpn on a friends's recommendation. Their prices are within my budget and there is no as such issue of connection or bandwidth issues.

Agreed, purevpn server has good torrenting speed. Read servers information, speed tests in this purevpn review. (https://www.purevpnreview.com/)
