Corporate VPN: I can access stuff. Does this mean I'm on the corporate network now and subject to my activity getting logged? (For example I'm home working but decide to check my personal email - is there a chance checking my personal email could get noticed?)
What does having a corporate VPN on and then turning on also something like my personal VPN like PIA imply? I'm now anonymous as usual but also with access to corporate assets as usual? Are the two related?
