Title: Cannot conect SG Gaming UDP

Hi, I have a problem. I can connect JP Gaming and PH Gaming with UDP,ICMP,TCP. But, I cannot connect SG Gaming UDP. I can connect SG Gaming with ICMP and TCP but it quite lag to play online game because the ping not stable. Please help me with my problem.
