Title: Hi i need help i cant conect with my VPN

Hi  cant conect with my VPN internet service i have a primium accoun and i still have a 20 left the last days it was working very well but now i cant conect to internet it apperars when i try to conect. Initializing Engine... 
Checking internet conection...
Connecting to UPD server...
Scanning open ports...
Could not connect to server
Tunnel sucesfully terminated! . My internet modem has a good signal and i had conected very good the last days my modem"s internet provider is tigo of comcel Guatemala i have the PD-Proxy latest vesion installed on my computer and i tryed to recover to a previous configuration on my computer but i could not fix the problem. Is possible tha my internet provider  made some changes on their network sistem that avoid to connet to the interne with VPN? i will be watig your anwer.
