Title: a couple of questions from a newbie

I received a letter from ISP about my downloading habits. Seems I now need to invest in a VPN. Below are some questions that would help me w/ a VPN selection, thanks.

-Best VPN for torrents?
-Once, I get a VPN, how often do I need to change the location of my VPN? (if at all)
-Do I install through MS Windows or through the router?
-my ISP will see different IP addresses, will they know what I'm doing?

you can easily connect to any VPN server when you want to anonymous!

-Do I install through MS Windows or through the router?
MS Windows will be fine,  there are some router also can do it..but not so convenient

-my ISP will see different IP addresses, will they know what I'm doing?
No, only VPN service know what's you're doing..so you have to find a no logs vpn.
