Title: Websites hostile to VPN Use

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fight back against websites that block or otherwise restrict VPN use? The number of such websites is growing at an alarming rate, and I fear that soon VPN use will become impractical if the trend continues. I can't even access the website of my healthcare provider (Regal Medical Group) anymore, and Amazon frequently presents unsolvable picture captchas when I try to log in. Is it possible that groups like Anonymous can take action to prevent websites from making VPNs obsolete? Thanks.
