Are premium servers slow for a new user wtf huh?

They are slow even on downloading why whtas going on with premium servers before i was getting fast connection with demo servers i buy premium and i get slow connection explain this.?......

Just check the day and time when that delay or slow connection happened, may be too many users using that time that will cause traffic from your ISP.
