PD-Proxy VPN / PD-Proxy Disconnection Problem

I am from india and i am a premium member. After connecting to the internet using pdproxy, connection lasts only for 20-30 seconds. its detecting no downstream activity every time. I am connecting over a GSM network through udp 9201 port.
