i tried many so called best VPN software,i'd say there's no such best in internet due to different region you are located.Do you agree ?

You can't find best VPN if you are looking for free.. Though there are some good free VPN but it does not provide good support anytime such torrenting, gaming etc... It doesn't matter where you are located you can easily get your desired location through VPN by setting their servers such as if you want USA IP you can use USA VPN service (http://www.bestvpnprovider.com/usa-vpn/) to access US websites same as you can use different countries servers/IP with VPN to bypsss geo-restricted content.
