PD-Proxy VPN / PD Proxy Authentication Problem

From last 3 days i was not able to connect any server of pd proxy.
when i am enter valid username and pass and click on connect it stuck on Authenticating
so plzz solve this problem..

Authenticating...

so plzz solve this problem..
