Title: PDPROXY NOT WORKING IN TANZANIA

Guys i think you need to find a way to fix this... started not working yesterday and up to this point there are no hopes....
You are good at these stuffs hope u'll find a way out. Network carrier is voda.... Thanks!!!!

From my experience (Kenya), there's very little PdProxy can do when the network carrier (in your case Vodacom) blocks the ports you were using. Especially if you were using it to access free internet. Try doing a port scan to see if there are any open ports.
