PD PROXY PROBLEMS

Hello community...

I need your help...

when i connect the PD PROXY (premmy account) the program comes down saying "Failed to establish connection TCP Connection!"... reading the forum i found that i need to reinstall the "TAP drivers" but this process dont work....

Following of this, the program cant make the "auto upgrade" and block the conection...

i want to know one effective form to correct this problem... someone can help me?

my pd proxy is not connecting what can i do
