Title: unstability of orange modem and pd proxy combination

i am based in kenya and have been suing the combination of pd proxy and orange modem to serve. Lately, i have been experiencing challenges as i can't serve anymore due to unknown reasons.please advice accordingly.

If u were using it with the evdo modem just know orange blocked that hole(port 53)
