Title: DNS Tunnelling on PD Proxy

It's seems many countries are blocking the ports that PDProxy uses and this is affecting many users. I found that the only way most people can connect is through DNS tunneling which PDProxy unfortunately doesn't have. I wish they could upgrade this into there system so as to help out many users.
