Title: Disconnect PD proxy

Hi

It's been around two weeks when I download with high speed connection
of more than 100 KB and bandwidth of 80 – 250 MB the PD disconnects,
and then I cannot connect to the server for 17 minutes.

There is no way but to change the server. However when I use slow
connections below 100 KB, there is no problem at downloading files.

I have experienced this trouble several times, but after couple of
days it was solved itself. Then at the present it's been more than 10
days that I have difficulty working with it.

As far as I know, the trouble is at your side and due to the
limitation on my IP I have this trouble. I ask you to check it out.
