VPN Discussion / Dynamic VPN Display Plugin

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows of an app/plug in I could use on my site to dynamically display the IP Address of each visitor on my landing page.  See attached for an idea. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
