There is no bandwidth limit if you are using a premium account but there is a 100mb/day limit on gaming servers.

Some ISPs actually do that they let you connect to the port but wont allow you to receive data back.

SMTP ports are blocked on PD-Proxy servers so you need to add your SMTP server's IP address to the exception list like one of the user did here http://www.vpnforums.com/index.php?topic=272.msg636#msg636

As we've already said from the other thread, there is a bug on the TCP protocol right now there is no workaround to that since we are still fixing the problem. We need to redesign and then code the whole TCP connection function from scratch again. Just pause your account for now until we release an updated version.

Besides we actually do not recommend TCP (http://sites.inka.de/bigred/devel/tcp-tcp.html)

Libertyreserve is ok.....there is no need to replace it with any other payment instead you add the payment option you want to add.. looking @ it, is one of the widest payment option we have online now as it grow faster than any other payment option you outline there......... Leave Libertyreserve as one of the payment and add the one you feel you want to add cos for me.....many people uses it than other payment option and is very easy to use.
Have you already read this: http://www.pdproxy.com/blog/liberty-reserve-is-down-owner-arrested-43.htm ?

Liberty reserve is down and will probably not return that is why we are looking for a replacement.

What payment system should PD-Proxy add as a replacement for Liberty Reserve?
