so i upgraded to a premium account and after a day, i tried connecting to the servers to no luck. so i decided to go to my control panel to see what the problem was. to my surprise, my account showed that it was a trial account instead of the 180 days premium account i had subscribed to the day before. can someone please let me know what is happening to my account?
i sent like two emails to the sales team but they haven't assisted me yet.

Your payment was refunded because it did not pass our fraud screening tests.
If you want to pay again you need to send a proof that you own the paypal/credit card account before we can accept your payment and upgrade your account.
