I have my own App. Need to Upload VPN to it but needs to be a http. anyone know how to that. will i need a host.

Hi Peep. its been a long time so i cant remember. I need to app my VPN files to upload to my App panel but need to have them uploaded to http.  But cant remember how i uploaded them years ago.  I have downloaded my config files from My VPN surfshark web, but need help to get them added to my app
