I was expecting there is a list but on my experience the best VPN would be the paid ones. I've only tried PIA (Private Internet Access) and so far it is good since it has a lot of servers. The rest I've tried were free ones like Cyberghost, Hotspotshied, Spotflux and TunnelBear.

I agree but if you want a reliable VPN then go for the paid ones.I tried CG and it is awesome for a free service although you have to wait for your turn. As for the TunnelBear, it worked for me at first but it stopped working the next day so I gave up using Cyberghost after that.
